Shearline 1:

KRB full size shearline cuts from 60 ft stock and is driven by an aSa Opto-Shear console that automatically gauges up to 50 ft and produces optimized shearing runs from multiple jobs to minimize scrap. Our new KRB H4100 shear is the highest capacity rebar shear available in the market and can cut 27 #5 or 12 #11 bars in a single 3 second stroke.

Shearline 2:

RMS shearline cuts from 60 ft stock and is driven by an aSa Opto-Shear console that automatically gauges up to 40 ft and produces optimized shearing runs from multiple jobs to minimize scrap.

KRB Magna Bend:

This robust automatic double bender can bend up to #18 bars and long bars up to 60ft. It utilizes computer controlled automatic gauging along with hydraulic loading and discharge arms to make easy work of the most difficult bending schedules. This machine greatly reduces the manpower and time needed to bend long bars and bars hooked on both ends compared to a typical table bender.

#11 RMS Table Bender:

The #11 table bender is a work horse that excels at producing standard single hooks and bends in rebar sizes #3-#11.

Pedax Perfekt 42CC Table Bender:

This modern table bender is extremely versatile, in that it can bend both toward and away from the operator, allowing for more bend types to be produced efficiently.

KRB Automatic Stirrup Bender:

This machine both cuts and bends up to #5 rebar. It can fabricate all typical stirrups per the CRSI Manual of Standard Practice and can be programmed to create nearly any shape imaginable.

Jobsite Delivery

​

We own a fleet of 6 delivery vehicles and 8 trailers including 53ft, 48ft, & 32ft tractor trailers as well as a 22ft straight truck. We have several truck mounted forklifts if needed for a jobsite delivery.
